Meet Stephanie

Hi there, I'm Stephanie White, a Corpus Christi REALTOR® with Zest Realty, helping buyers and sellers throughout Corpus Christi, including the Southside, North Padre Island, the London ISD area, King's Landing and communities across the Coastal Bend.

I specialize in luxury homes, new construction, military relocations, and helping clients make confident, informed decisions in today's market.

My passion for real estate began when I bought my first townhouse here in Corpus Christi at just 19 years old. That experience showed me how life-changing homeownership can be and sparked the passion I still bring to my clients today.

As the daughter of a Coast Guard veteran, I understand firsthand how stressful moving can feel. Growing up in a military family taught me how important it is to have steady guidance, clear communication, and someone you can truly trust during a major transition.

Before real estate, I worked as a credit consultant, where I developed a strong understanding of financial strategy, negotiation, and the details that drive smart decisions. Today, I bring that same thoughtful, results-driven approach to every transaction.

I'm proud to be a multi-million-dollar producer, recognized as a Corpus Christi Real Producers Rising Star, and currently serving on the South Texas MLS Board of Governors.

When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy traveling with my husband, experiencing new places, and coming home with an even greater appreciation for life on the Texas Coast.
