My real estate journey is guided by the motto "People over Property," reflecting my dedication to prioritizing the needs and well-being of my clients. As an empty nester and downsizing guru, I have firsthand experience navigating the complexities of multigenerational living. This personal insight, combined with my expertise as a Fall Prevention Specialist with Stepping-On and A Matter of Balance Coach (in association with AACOG's Area Agency on Aging), allows me to provide tailored solutions for older adults and their families.

My commitment to serving the community is reflected in my active participation in several organizations. I am a member of the Alamo Caregiver's Coalition, Alamo Area Home Care Council, and SALSA (Successfully Aging and Living in San Antonio) Housing Workgroups. On a national level, I am part of the NAIPC (National Aging in Place Council), Live At Home, and the National Home Builders Association's 55+ Housing Council. These affiliations not only keep me abreast of senior housing trends but also equip me with valuable resources to offer my clients. Additionally, I am a member of 55 Places, an online community living locator, where I assist older adults nationwide in finding the perfect home in the San Antonio area.

My commitment to education and advocacy is unwavering. I regularly speak at local senior centers and libraries, where I educate older adults and their families on safe living practices. This dedication to community service is further demonstrated through my involvement in initiatives like the Home Modification Assistance Initiative and Car-Fit (a program that ensures an older adult's car "fits" them). These programs, along with my speaking engagements, underscore my commitment to enhancing the lives of older adults.
